The highly individually configured solutions for your very specific applications and requirements also benefit from our well thought-out series construction concept. Since 2013, we have continuously developed our modular system in special machine construction for laser machines with CO2 lasers and fibre lasers as well as simple product handling.

SAVETIME AND COSTS

With our fast measuring software, workpieces can lie chaotically on a conveyor belt without any problems. In combination with a 3D scanner, the information on the position and alignment of the workpieces is calculated in a few milliseconds and passed on to the handling system. The marking can also be aligned at prominent points or at defined workpiece edges. Because we measure all edges from above and in height, the measured values can also be used for quality assurance of the workpieces. Any incorrectly marked parts are automatically rejected from the process.

CLEAR DECISION INSTEAD OF BLACK BOX

New workpieces can be created and set up in no time at all. The intuitive software of the laser marking machine enables your specialists to quickly learn and change over to new products. Time-consuming set-up times or investments for new workpieces are thus eliminated. You can save any number of different workpieces in the database and call them up again at any time. If questions arise, we can usually help quickly via remote maintenance.

FIT FOR AUTOMATION

The decisive factor in special machine construction is the optimisation of processes in order to save time and manpower and to produce as efficiently and economically as possible. Therefore, automation plays an increasingly important role. Our laser engraving special machines are ready for Industry 4.0. From separation and simple sorting with sliders to a pick-and-place solution and complex robot solutions, we offer all the handling systems needed for a process-integrated laser machine.

SIMPLE PROCESS INTEGRATION

Depending on the requirements and process environment, we supply a complete machine or integrate our laser unit into the existing production line. If, for example, there is sufficient space above a conveyor belt between two work stations, we build our laser unit above the line. Data is then exchanged with the leading system via defined interfaces in the EcoMark software.

TIME-SAVING PRODUCT HANDLING

With the surveying software that evaluates the data from a 3D scanner, the position and alignment of the workpieces can also be passed on to a handling system. This saves additional alignment of the workpieces and thus mechanical parts and costs. Since different processes can take place at the same time, valuable process times are also usually reduced. This makes the laser machine more cost-effective while at the same time increasing productivity!

COMPLETE WITH LASER PROTECTION

Particularly in the case of special machine construction for laser systems, it is important to take laser protection into account as early as the design stage. This saves a lot of time and therefore money in the development of the laser machine. If the laser protection of our series machines can be used, we have an EC type examination. For official expertises of special machines with CO2 lasers or fibre lasers, we work together with a publicly sworn expert for laser technology.

MORE PRODUCTIVE WITH CONVEYOR BELT

In the entry-level version, laser marking is triggered by a light barrier in the laser machine, which all products pass through via a conveyor belt. The marking can be aligned at the front edge, the rear edge or the centre point. With the CO2 laser, marking usually takes place "on the fly" - this means that marking takes place simultaneously with the infeed and outfeed of the other workpieces. Productivity can be optimised via the belt speed!

SUPERIOR SOFTWARE

We also rely on our own EcoMark software standard for our special machines. The innovative and intuitive EcoMark software enables quick learning and easy handling of all EcoMark machines without special knowledge or PLC programming. Anyone who can handle a normal PC can also master the control of the laser marking machine without extensive training. Flexible product management under Windows with a modern database for many workpieces rounds off the EcoMark software. In this way, we already offer you many software functions as standard, which otherwise often have to be programmed first. Workpiece, product and customer management helps to use the laser machine even more effectively. The automatically generated evaluations are ideal for any controlling. If questions arise during operation, we can usually help quickly via remote maintenance.
