Laser inscriptions or laser markings are used in various industries, such as the automotive industry, the aerospace industry, medical technology or the pharmaceutical and food industries. A variety of data, including barcodes, texts and/or numbers can be lasered directly onto the workpieces. This eliminates the need for packaging and marking materials such as stickers and paper and plastic. Other advantages, such as resistance to mechanical stress and chemicals or the very low running costs and ease of maintenance, round off the laser marking offer. With a laser marking system, you have a reliable Industry 4.0 -capable marking system!

LASER MARKING SYSTEMS READY FOR INDUSTRY 4.0
Laser marking in our marking systems is suitable for small and medium series, as well as for components up to 1,400 x 750 x 500 mm.
With the EcoMark laser marking system, any number of laser markings can be carried out in 3-dimensional space. Each laser marking can also be different.
The traversable laser can scan X, Y and Z coordinates with different laser contents.
The laser marking system is modular and has many customisable options:
- Large manual door or automatic lift door
- Large side doors
- Windows Industrial PC
- Various interfaces via the EcoMark software
- Integrated control
- Adapters for all leading laser manufacturers
The laser marking system is easily programmable for the
automatic marking of series.
For marking workpieces, it is also possible to generate IDs or serial numbers fully automatically.
The plant's modern and easy-to-use software is ready for Industry 4.0 and no programming skills are required. It is ideally suited for managing products, customers, orders and user rights.
It is possible to transfer data from ERP or production systems. Optionally, an OPC UA interface can also be set up on all EcoMark laser marking machines for metal or plastic.
If questions arise, we can usually help quickly via remote maintenance.

PERSISTENT AND SECURE LABELLING
Lasers write extremely fast, permanently and reliably. The advantage with lasers is that they do not require consumables such as ink, ribbons or labels. The laser inscribes without contact, which is why even slightly corrugated and sensitive surfaces can be inscribed easily.
The expected service life of lasers is between 50,000 and 100,000 operating hours, depending on the laser. Neither consumables nor maintenance costs are incurred as operating costs!

The carbon dioxide laser is one of the most commonly used lasers for laser marking in industry. A CO2 laser marking machine is very efficient and cost-effective, this type is suitable for a wide range of applications in industry.
